Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the QILU TRADE online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can track your package with the carrier. If you prefer, you're also welcome to reach out to us for assistance with tracking or any other inquiries.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

“Thanks for reaching out! Our warehouse and shipping partners will be closed on [e.g., New Year's Day, January 1st] for the holiday, so we will not be able to dispatch orders on that day. To ensure your order arrives before the holiday, we recommend placing your order before [e.g., 3:00 PM on December 30th]. Any orders placed during the holiday period will be processed and shipped in sequence starting from [e.g., January 2nd] when we resume normal operations. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions!”

Do you deliver to my postcode?

“The quickest way to check is to do a test run on our website! Simply add an item to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your full address and ZIP code on the shipping page. The system will instantly show you all available shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates. If you encounter any issues during the process, I'm right here to assist you!”

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

“Next-day delivery is available for eligible orders, depending on your delivery address, order time, product availability, and weight. The most accurate way to check is to enter your full shipping address at checkout. The system will automatically display all available shipping options (including next-day), along with costs and cut-off times. If you'd like me to verify manually, please share your ZIP code, and I'll be happy to assist!”

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For security, our carriers (like UPS/FedEx) generally require a signature upon delivery from you or an authorized person. However, you have a few convenient options: Pre-sign for Release: You can often provide an electronic signature in advance on the carrier's tracking page to authorize the driver to leave the package in a safe spot you specify (e.g., porch, back door). Reroute to Pickup Point: You can also contact the carrier to redirect the package to a nearby pickup location (like a retail store or locker) for you to collect at your convenience. Special Instructions: You can leave specific delivery notes on your order (e.g., "leave with neighbor"), and the driver will try to accommodate.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad, there’s dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons.

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
